电池检测须通过UN38.3测试要求,及1.2米的跌落包装试验。


外包装均须贴:“第9类危险品标”"仅限全货机运输标"“防火标签”“收发货人信息标”贴于箱子的一面。



其设计可保证在正常运输条件下防止爆裂,并配置有防止外部短路的有效措施。


坚固的外包装, 电池应被保护以防止短路,在同一包装内须预防与可引发短路的导电物质接触。


电池安装在设备中运输的额外要求:
设备应进行固定以防止在包装内移动,包装方式应防止在运输途中意外启动。外包装应能够防水,或通过使用内衬(如塑料袋)达到防水,除非设备本身的构造特点已经具备防水性。


锂电池纸箱包装后应使用托盘装载, 避免搬运过程受到强烈振动,导致包装有破损,所以托盘的各垂直和水平边使用护角保护。


锂电池装载的纸箱必须进行加固加厚, 加固方式和强度应符合进口国的要求(如: 美国境内有美国铁路协会(ARR),美国危险品协会,北美爆炸物管理局(B.O.E))。


单件包装重量不能多于10KG/箱,且内包装独立,绝
缘。
